Evince Construction LLC – Texas

1. Eligibility
This referral program is open to individuals who:

Are at least 18 years old
Are legal residents of the United States
Are not employees, contractors, or agents of Evince Construction LLC
2. Referral Bonus Amount
Eligible participants will receive a $500 bonus for each new customer they refer, provided that:

The referred customer enters into a valid, signed construction contract with Evince Construction LLC
Any required initial deposit or onboarding step is completed
3. Payment Conditions

Bonuses will be issued within 30 days of contract signing and payment by the referred customer.
Payment will be made via check, direct deposit, or another mutually agreed method.
Evince Construction LLC reserves the right to verify all referral details before payment.
4. Referral Rules

Referrals must be new customers who have not previously contacted or engaged with Evince Construction LLC.
A participant may refer up to 10 qualified customers per calendar year.
Self-referrals are not allowed.
If more than one participant refers the same individual, only the first eligible referrer submitted in writing will receive the bonus.
5. Tax Information
Referral bonuses are considered taxable income under U.S. law.

If total referral bonuses equal or exceed $600 in a calendar year, Evince Construction LLC will issue a Form 1099-MISC in accordance with IRS regulations.
Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes arising from bonus payments.
Participants may be required to complete IRS Form W-9 before receiving payment.
6. Program Changes
Evince Construction LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting or notification.
7. Legal Compliance
This program is void where prohibited by law.

Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including any professional or licensing regulations that may affect eligibility to receive referral payments.
This program is intended for informal personal referrals only and does not authorize participants to act as representatives or sales agents of Evince Construction LLC.
